Technical Resource Directory for HIV/AIDS Programmes in Eastern Europe and Central Asia

Welcome! The Technical Resource Directory is designed to assist HIV/AIDS programme managers in gaining access to the expertise of skilled resource persons and institutions when applying for funding, designing, implementing and evaluating medium to large scale HIV/AIDS programmes.

The required expert can be found by combining the following search criteria: thematic specialization, geographical work experience, institutional work experience, major functional skills, and language. Users can ensure that the expert has relevant competencies and expertise by reviewing the expert's CV, contacting the person who recommended the expert, checking the references provided by the expert.

In case you or your institution have relevant expertise and want to be listed as an expert, a short recommendation letter from an UNAIDS Cosponsor, a bilateral agency or an international NGO must be sent to the following contact e-mail address: administrator.trd@unaids.org.

This first software version of the Resource Directory will undergo a process of continuous improvement and updating. Further developments will be made in response to user feedback. The Technical Resource Directory was developed jointly by the World Bank and UNAIDS Secretariat, with contributions from UNAIDS Cosponsors, bilateral agencies and international NGOs.
